Click here for the solunar table. The days have been so unusually hot that the water has warmed up a little bit. It's about 68 degrees now. With the shorter, but hotter days, no wind, and clean water, muskie fishing has really shut down lately. The fish know they're supposed to be feeding now, getting ready for the winter, but the warmer temps have them a little confused. We're heading
out Sunday, and we're going to try going back to the smaller lures like
the 6" Lokes, 15cm Nils, and Wileys. The good news: perch are going well off the GPYC. That's all for now. We'll keep you posted as conditions change. We'll see ya
on the lake.
